ARX – Adaptive Resistance Exercise

“ARX is strength training and body development that uses finely tuned motors as a means of resistance. This allows for “adaptive resistance”; resistance applied to the user only in response to their own efforts.” It’s safe, efficient, effective and easy to use.

It is a full-body machine that can be used to add muscle mass…If you are looking for a pump, looking for muscle gains, and looking to build a more aesthetic physique, the ARX can work for you!

But, the ARX is more than that…ARX is safe for all forms of rehabilitation and post-rehabilitation exercise. It offers the full spectrum of resistance ranging from passive resistance (stretching) all the way to eccentric loading (negatives). There are no weights dropped, the speed is manageable and controlled, and the machine can never act upon the user. This never-excessive scenario dramatically lowers the risk of injury.

Group Personal Training

Try our small group personal training and enjoy the same intimate coaching experience as a personal training session at a reduced cost. A small group can include you and two to three friends or family members. Training with your friends and family can help you stay on track to achieve your fitness goals with a comfortable support system, encouragement, and healthy competition.

Nutrition Consultation

You do all the training, but do you fuel properly to maximize your training and recovery? Brittany is available for consultations in both an individual and group setting. One on one, she will work with you to discover what is preventing you from reaching for fitness or athletic goals by viewing your current eating habits and providing insight to where improvements can be made. She is also able to guide you in proper fuelling for sport-specific activities. Additionally, in a group setting Brittany is able to discuss team specific eating habits like what to eat when your child is playing in a weekend tournament. Group consults are available by contacting her to set up a time slot that works for the majority of your group.
