Classes, Appointments, Training Sessions

All clients, members, or drop-ins must arrive 10 minutes prior to a class, appointment and/or session.

You (for yourself or on behalf of your child) are required to complete a Physical Activity Readiness Questionnaire (a “PARQ”) upon arrival and/or before participating in any exercise program (class, appointment or training session), and confirm that you/ your child are in good physical condition, that you/ your child have no known condition, or are undergoing any treatment that would prevent you/them from being capable of engaging in physical exercise (active or passive), and that such exercise would not be detrimental to your or their health safety or physical comfort. Note: A letter of ‘medical clearance’ from your GP or other additional information may also be requested and required.

All clients, members, or drop-ins must check into the class, appointment and/or training session, prior to attending. Check in can be completed via the Xceed Check-in App, the self-check-in terminal at the front counter or the trainer. Clients, members, or drop-ins will not be permitted to join the class until they have checked in.

All classes, appointments, and/or training sessions close 5 minutes after the scheduled start time. To avoid disruption of the class, clients, members, or drop-ins will not be permitted to join the class after that time (Trainers may allow late arrivals to participate at their discretion).

Gym shoes must be clean and dry.

Bring your own water / water bottle.

Hand towels are available for use during the classes.

If you have booked an appointment with Dr. Jen Cham, Naturopath, please bring your referral (if applicable) and direct billing information to the appointment. Other payment options are available and can be discussed with Dr. Cham at the appointment.
