Classes

All classes must be cancelled 8 hours in advance of the class to allow for other clients, wait listed clients, members or drops-in to take advantage of the opportunity to participate in the class.

Late cancellations will be considered a ‘no show’ and subject to penalty.

Single sessions will not be refunded. The class will be considered as used for Punch cards and Memberships and cannot be rescheduled.

Early cancellations will not be penalized and can be rescheduled.

Appointments

Appointments are: ARX, Personal Training (1-on-1 and group) and Team Training

24 hours’ notice of cancellation or postponement is required for all appointments.

Late cancellations (notice of less than 24 hours) will be considered a ‘no show’. All late cancellations and ‘no shows’ will be charged for the full session fee (No refunds or rescheduling if purchased through online booking). If scheduled without pre-payment, the late penalty charge must be paid before another session can be booked.

Early cancellations can be rescheduled based on the specific trainer’s schedule and availability.

Nutrition

24 hours’ notice of cancellation or postponement is required for all appointments.

Early cancellations can be rescheduled based on availability of the Nutrition Consultant / Contractor.

Late cancellations will be considered a ‘no show’. All late cancellations and ‘no shows’ will be charged the full session fee. The late cancellation fee must be paid before a new appointment can be scheduled.

Dr. Jen Cham – Naturopathic Physician

24 hours’ notice of cancellation or postponement is required for all Naturopathic appointments.

Early cancellations can be rescheduled based on Dr. Cham’s availability (Check her appointment availability online).

Late cancellations (notice of less than 24 hours) will be considered a ‘no show’. All late cancellations and ‘no shows’ may be subject to a $50.00 late cancellation fee.

The cancellation policies noted above will be adhered to in all cases when the client is unable to attend including when illness, work or family commitments prevents attendance and 24 hours’ notice has not been given.

Late Arrivals 

Classes, appointments and/or training sessions can vary in length from approximately 30-60 minutes (depending on the class or appointment – check the online bookings schedule and website) and shall start at the scheduled time. Classes, appointments, and/or training sessions will not be extended, due to the lateness of a client or member, and will end at the appointed time. Any client who has not arrived within 5 minutes after the scheduled time shall be deemed to have late cancelled and will be charged for that entire session.

If the Trainer, Contractor or Nutrition Consultant/Contractor is late for the scheduled appointment or class, additional time will be added to that appointment or class, if possible, or to subsequent appointments or classes.
