Rev up your metabolic system with this fun full body workout! Develop functional strength, improve your muscle tone and definition, burn tons of calories, increase your cardiovascular fitness, strengthen your bone density, improve your balance, coordination and posture. Classes will take place outdoors and indoors. Intensity options will be given for all fitness levels.

Kids Fit

Kids need exercise just as much as adults. Our Kids Fit classes ‘empower children to embrace exercise while having fun!’ Through our programs, kids will develop muscle strength and endurance, coordination, balance, agility, flexibility and cardio endurance. Our goal is to help your child develop a lifelong love of exercise and a healthy lifestyle.

Your kids do not have to be athletes in order to get life lasting benefits from our programs.

TRX – Total Body Resistance Exercise 

“Born in the Navy Seals, Suspension Training bodyweight exercise develops strength, balance, flexibility, and core stability simultaneously. It require the use of the TRX suspension trainer, a highly portable performance training tool that leverages gravity and the user’s bodyweight to complete hundreds of exercises.”

You are in control of how much you want to challenge yourself on each exercise by simply adjusting your body position to add or decrease resistance. The TRX is the perfect tool for total body conditioning.

*TRX classes are approximately 60 minutes in length and includes a small warmup and post TRX workout stretching.

Cardio Blast 

Looking for a quick workout that will leave you feeling like you did an hour at the gym? Cardio Blast will consist of a 30 minute high intensity training session geared towards working on both cardio and overall strength. Come in, do the work, and get out is what cardio blast will be all about!
